Why I Moved Across the Country
Summary
- I relocated to California inspired by Tony Robbins, who had a house in Corona Del Mar; I aspired to achieve a similar dream.
- At first, unable to afford living in Corona Del Mar, I settled in Costa Mesa but frequently visited the beach at Corona Del Mar.
- During visits to that beach, I would envision owning a home on the cliffs, using the vision as inspiration and affirmation of the possibilities.
- The practice of immersing myself in the environment of my goals provided me with comfort and motivation.

How To Take Action
I would suggest starting by finding a spot that represents your dream, just like I did with Corona Del Mar beach. You don't have to move; just find a place close to you that gives you a sense of what achieving your goal would feel like. Spend time there when you can, and use it to fuel your motivation.
A good way to do this is by using vision as inspiration. For me, seeing the cliffs was a powerful reminder of what was possible. For you, maybe it's visiting a neighborhood where your dream home is, a store where your future product could be sold, or attending events related to your business goals.
When you're in these places, imagine your life once you've reached your goals. It's like a free way to inspire yourself. You could even take pictures to look at later when you need a boost.
Remember, this isn't just daydreaming; it's a form of affirmation. You're telling yourself, "I can be here; I can make this happen." It's a practice that keeps your goals alive in your mind, driving you to take the steps needed to make them reality.
Plus, it's comforting. You might be struggling now, but being in the environment of your dreams provides relief and keeps you moving forward. When times are tough, go to your spot, take a deep breath, and remind yourself of where you're headed.
So, find that place that shows you what's possible, and let it be your sanctuary of inspiration. This is a simple and low-cost way to keep your dreams in focus and work towards them every day.
