where do you want this business to go and that's honestly the hardest question to ask anybody what's the purpose of the business why does it exist do you want to make money off of it do you want to sell it do you want to build something amazing and so that that becomes the filter to a strategic decision if you can figure that out and it fits within what you want for the business I think that's a win if it doesn't fit within what you want you have to step back and ask yourself like what do I want to do with my time there's no rules it doesn't matter like and here's the thing that's difficult but like you'll win either way winners will win no matter what path they take one might be harder one might not be but like they will figure it out and they will Forge through the rock but it's just like which way do you want to go
