every skill is trainable the question is whether it's worth the return on effort and the resources to train someone with it that's my fundamental belief of the world is that if you break things down enough you can train someone to do anything it's just that if someone has zero meta skills they don't know how to read they don't know how to write they don't know how to talk you could teach someone to do all that stuff it's just why bother like I know with a software engineer no one's going to be any decent in 10 years there's just no shortcutting there so I'd rather take someone who's already here and then just nudge them if I can with you know proper training that just Bridges the gap between all the skills come in with and then applying that to my business
